The Waterford Estates Community Development District (the “District”) is located in Charlotte County, Florida, and measures approximately 193.42 acres in Section 8, Township 41S, Range     23E.  The District is situated approximately ½ mile west of State Road I-75 and ½ mile east of Taylor Road between Carmalita Street and Airport Road.
